If your published AppShed app is reporting an "app is unavailable" message there's a possibility that something in the app has not loaded correctly, here are a few things you can try:
- Click Ok - This will attempt to reload whatever failed to load and will often resolve the issue.
If the problem persists try the following:
- Check your internet connection.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Try a different browser.
